Expanding Job Opportunities in San Marcos: A Path to Sustainable Growth

At our contact center, we have witnessed firsthand the positive impact of providing alternative job opportunities beyond agriculture. Since 2015, we have trained over 500 young people in essential skills such as English and technology, equipping them for competitive and well-paying jobs, according to our internal reports. A report by the Bank of Guatemala highlights a steady increase in non-agricultural economic activities, driven by business initiatives that promote labor inclusion and technological advancement. While opportunities remain limited and still largely depend on natural resources, a brighter future is being built for current and future generations.
